Booking Information

PRICES:
Including gourmet board per person and day (exception: package offers).
We do not offer a discount for meals not consumed.

SHORT STAYS:
For stays up to three days we charge an extra € 10 per person/day.

DEPOSITS:
For binding reservations we request a deposit of € 150 per person (free of transaction fees for the recipient – receipt within 10 days after reservation).

Please give your name and booking dates. In the event of a cancellation we will keep the deposit as a cancellation fee.

TYPES OF PAYMENT:
Cash is preferred or by EC card – valid for A, D, NL, CH –  Visa and Mastercard .

"BERGSEE” OASIS – WELLNESS AREA:
Quiet area, only for adults and children ages 12 and older.

PETS:
Are not allowed.

LATE ARRIVAL – EARLY DEPARTURE:
The room price for the number of days booked will be charged (please call ahead and let us know if you will be arriving at the hotel after 6 pm)

CANCELLATIONS:
Are only valid in writing. From 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival we charge 3 days. From 1 month before the start of your holiday we charge 80% of the booked package. If only one person arrives to stay in the booked double room, the full room price will be charged.
 
The contractual terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry shall apply.

Court of jurisdiction is Landeck/Tyrol.

As of 2 pm (please let us know if you will be arriving after 6 pm)

By 10 am
