Laconium / Tepidarium

This regenerating bath with a radiative temperature of approx. 37-39°C was called “tepidarium” in ancient Rome. An artificial fever temperature is produced in this temperature range which creates an optimal condition for relieving and boosting your immune system. Here you can build up your resistance and existing pathogens are combated effectively. The regeneration process starts to take effect as soon as you begin to feel comfortably warm due to the mild temperature.
